What changed in Resonant IQ

New features, improvements and fixes, newest first. Each line is something you can see in the product today.

  1. HubSpot permissions, sturdier connectors, smoother onboarding

    • Improved HubSpot now asks only for the permissions Resonant IQ actually uses, and works with portals that grant fewer. The integration health card lists any data your portal did not grant, so you know exactly what a reconnect would add.
    • Improved HubSpot, Attio, Front, Intercom, Zoom, Slack, Typeform, Dialpad, RingCentral and Microsoft 365 now share one request layer with timeouts and rate-limit backoff. When a HubSpot, Dialpad or Microsoft 365 sync hits an error, it holds its place and tries again on the next run instead of moving past data it never read.
    • Fixed Dialpad calls were not importing. They do now, and a transcript that fails to load is retried on the next sync.
    • Fixed Onboarding: reloading after inviting a teammate no longer sends you back to step one, and Back works on the scorecard step. On sign-up, a failed submit keeps the industry you picked.
    • Security API tokens now expire within a year. Creating a token or adding a passkey needs a recent sign-in (or a passkey check), and the owner gets an email when a token is created.
  2. Receipts on every MCP answer

    • New Every Resonant IQ MCP tool now returns receipts with its answer. A receipt ties each claim to the rows that support it, what produced it, and when it was read, so an agent (or a person) can check the claim against its source.
    • New The receipts verifier is open source under the MIT license. ResonantIQ/receipts on GitHub
    • Fixed A workspace whose subscription has ended can subscribe again.
  3. Real-time Attio comments and clearer sync status

    • New Attio comments now arrive as they are posted. Resonant IQ registers a webhook when you connect Attio, so comments show up on the account without waiting for a scheduled sync.
    • Improved Integration health now flags a data stream that is failing to import, even when the rest of the connector is working.
    • Fixed The sync card no longer spins indefinitely or shows a count that is not real. It reports when a sync finishes, fails, or is still running after ten minutes.
    • Fixed Billing: you can resume a canceled plan before the period ends, and the plan-change screen shows the tier you are actually billed for.
    • Fixed Skipping a tool during onboarding removes it instead of looping back to it.
  4. Trial status in Plan & Usage

    • Improved Plan & Usage shows when your workspace is on a trial, or when the trial has ended, with a button to choose a plan.
    • Fixed Workspaces on a trial can now add a payment method and subscribe before the trial ends.
